YOUNG MAN’S OFFENCE
A ycuth, aged 18, whose name was ordered to be suppressed, appeared before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Hamilton, today on three charges of indecent exposure in Claudelands on March 10 and 12. Accused admitted the cnarges. The youth came from a respectable family, said Detective-Sergeant J. Thompson, and had never been in trouble before. Accused was convicted and placed on 12 months’ probation.
