RANGIRIRI REGATTA
MOTOR BOAT RACES CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS (Special t.<? Times.) IIINTEY, Tuesday. A successful regatta was held by the Rangiriri Regatta Club on the Waikato River at Rangiriri on Saturday, when an interesting programme of inboard and outboard events, interspersed with canvas canoe races. Maori exents and aquaplaning exhibitions was provided for the large number of spectators who attended. The Waikato Championship pennant for inboards was won again by Hydro, owned by Mr Murphy, or Puni. Pukekolie. Miss Mat-sin (C. W. Ralph. Auckland), was second. and Miss Pam ,11. Lawler, Auckland;, third. The Waikato Championship pennant for outboards was won by Flaming Youth < Rert Jenkins. Otahuhu -. with Ouida 'Rov firiimtis, Waitara . second, and Silver Slipper J. A.
