OUT-PATIENT’S POSITION FREE CONSULTATIONS (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN, Wednesday The Free out-patients’ service has been in operation in the Dunedin Hospital since March 1, but it is purely a consultative service. Patients still have to pay for medicines, while a person who is discharged from the hospital and who is required to attend for massage or similar treatment, pays for such service. Waikato Hospital Service The position at the Waikato Hospital is that the outpatients’ service has been free from March 1 as outlined by the Department of Health.
