SUCCESSFUL SHOW
OTOROHANGA FIXTURE CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS Ideal weather was experienced for the 18th annual show of the Otorohanga Agricultural and Pastoral Association yesterday. Record entries were on parade, whiie the gate receipts were also a record. Championship awards were as follows.—Jerseys: Cow, Mr V. McD. Hitchings* Windermere Chum, V.H.C. Reserve: Mr Hitchings’ Windermere Glad Maiden. Bull: Mr F. O. R. Phillips’ Meadowland Glorious. Reserve: Mr A. M. Bell’s Santa Rosa Great Hope. Milking Shorthorns: Cow, Mr G. D. Hall’s Pinedale Bloom. Reserve: Mr K. G. Hall’s Pinedale Princess V. Bull: Mr G. D. Hall’s Pinedale Matchless Cloister. Ayrshires: Bull, Mr R. H. Marx’s Riverdale Lord. Reserve: Mr L. V. King’s Edendale Chancellor. Cow: Mrs D. A. Dudley’s New Arran Dado. Reserve: Mr L. V. King’s Riverdale Ketha. Hack: Mrs E. Storey’s Daylight. Hunter: Miss D. Pirritt’s Eclipse. Draught Entire: Mr A. A. Law’s entry.
