LADIES’ GUILD

FIRST CHI RC H FRANKTON The Ladies’ Guild of First Church, Frankton. held its first meeting o t the year in the Church Hall, when Mrs C. L. French presided over a good number of members and interested friends. Arrangements were made for the holding of an autumn fair on the afternoon of April 22. It was resolved to make the ordinary April meeting a social afternoon. An interesting competition was held, the winners being Mesdames Hornblow and McGibbon. The serving of afternoon tea by members of the committee brought to a close a very happy function.
