WIN FOR PONTYPOOL NEW ZEALANDERS BEATEN ELEVEN POINTS TO THREE (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received March 6, 11.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 5 Pontypool beat the New Zealand Army fifteen by 11 to 3 points. The game was very keen, with hard struggles between the packs. A. W. Hurst got a great penalty goal from half-way for New Zealand in the first half. The exchanges were fairly equal in the second half, although Pontypool did the remainder of the scoring. The Pontypool Town Council entertained the teams.
