SEAT IN PARLIAMENT TE AWAMUTU BRANCH'S CHOICE ( special to Times; TE AWAMUTU, Thursday Mr Raymond A. Grace, of Te Awamutu, has been approved by the Te Awamutu branch of the New Zealand Labour Party as a suitable candidate for Parliament, and his name will be submitted to the Labour Representation Committee, in the hope that he will be selected to contest one of the Waikato seats. Mi* Grace has always been a solid supporter of the Labour Party. He farmed at Mangapiko for many years, and his appointment as a member of the Auckland Land Board was made three years ago. He then resided in the Franklin district until his return to Te Awamutu a few months ago.
