WATERFRONT DELAYS
CONCERN OF FARMERS INVESTIGATION WANTED (By Telegraph.—Press Association) DUNEDIN. Wednesday Following a discussion in committee, the Otago Farmers’ Union today passed a resolution that in view of the vital necessity for speeding up loading of overseas vessels when in New Zealand waters, this council views with grave concern the frequency of delays caused by stopwork meetings of watersiders, and asks for an immediate investigation.
