TOURNEY CONTINUES
HAMILTON CROQUET CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP DOUBLES FINAL Fine weather continues to favour the tournament held by the Hamilton Croquet Club, and the final in the championship doubles has now been reached, with Mesdames Brockelsby and Shepherd beating Mesdames Andrew and Forsyth in an interesting and closely-contested match. In the handicap singles Miss Wainwright was the winner and Mrs Andrew the runner-up. The results of the finals in the championship singles are not yet to hand. The following are the results of play:— Handicap singles.—Mrs Howe beat Mrs Wainwright, Mrs Fow beat Mrs McPherson, Mrs Howe beat Mrs Higgs, Mrs J. B. Taylor beat Miss Ibbotson, Mrs Andrew beat Mrs Wainwright, Mrs Comer beat Mrs Higgs, Mrs Forsyth beat Mrs Proudlock, Mrs Howe beat Mrs McPherson, Miss Wainwright beat Mrs Andrew.
