WAIKATO BRANCH

WOMEN TEACHERS’ ASSN. The Waikato branch- of the New Zealand Women Teachers’ Association met at H. and J. Court Ltd., on Saturday last for morning tea. A new teacher in the district, Miss P. Beck, was welcomed by the president, and hopes were expressed that many other leachers would take the opportunity of renewing friendships at these informal gatherings. Those present were:—Mesdames Hill (president). Jones and Rsid, and Aiisses Beck, Alitchell, Kinaston, Chambers, Betson, Mayo, Nicholson and Corne.
