15 YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT WORK FOR FOREIGN POWER (tinned Press Assn. — t.n-c. Vel. copyright) (Received Nov. 26, 3.15 p.m.) MANILA, Nov. 25 Captain Rufo Romero was sentenced to fifteen years’ imprisonment for photographing defence documents, presumably for a Foreign Power. On October 17 it was stated that a United States Army Captain, who graduated at West Point, was held on a charge of selling military information after a long surveillance, disclosing heavy gambling losses. It was understood that two accomplices were also held.
