NEW ORDER IN EUROPE DENIAL BY VON PAPEN (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright* ANKARA, Nov. 24 The German Ambassador to Turkey, von Papen, denied the assertion made by the German radio and news agency that he had declared Italy and Germany would subject Turkey to the new order in Europe, but would respect Turkish independence. “Such a statement would be contrary to all diplomatic usage,” said von Papen.
