AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND PROFIT OF £77,313 (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 17 The complete accounts of the New Zealand and Australian Land Company show that it brought in £11,471 and showed a profit of £77,313. It transferred to the contingency fund £30,000. A preference dividend of four per cent was declared, and an ordinary dividend of two per cent. The. sum of £12,284 was carried forward.
Mr G. S. Tullis was appointed chairman, Mr T. P. Spens having undertaken military duties.
