FATAL ACCIDENT SEQUEL vßy Telegraph.—'Special to Times) AUCKLAND, Thursday Alter a retirement of two hours a jury in the Supreme Court today acquitted a Whangarei builder, John Edward Guy, married, aged 38, ot charges of failing to stop his motortruck after an accident on June 1, failing to ascertain if anyone were injured, and failing to render assistance to the injured person. Evidence was given on Wednesday that, as the result of a road accident near Kaikohe on June 1, Mrs Florence Ellen Anderson was injured and subsequently died.
