DIVORCES GRANTED

THREE PETITIONS HEARD Three decrees nisi were granted in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, today when petitions in divorce were heard before Mr Justice Blair. The actions were as follows: —May Holtby (Mr W. J. King) proceeding against Harry Holtby (Mr H. C. M. Norris) on the grounds of a separation agreement; Arthur Newton Kirk (Mr W. J. King) proceeding against Ivy Nita Kirk (respondent) and Francis Bertram Lorrimer Craig (corespondent) on the grounds of adultery; Raymond Day (Mr H. J. McMullin) proceeding against Amy May Jane Day on the grounds of failure to comply with an order for the restitution of conjugal rights.
