OFF TO CAMP

FIRST BALLOTED MEN MARCH TO CLAUDELANDS The first reservists drawn from the No. 4 (Hamilton) military area in the first ballot entered camp today. The men paraded at the Drill Hall at 11 a.m. and shortly afterward marched by way of the traffic bridge to the temporary military camp at the Claudelands showgrounds. The addition of these 92 men will bring the 7th Medium Battery, New Zealand Artillery, which is under the command of Major F. M. Yendell, up to war strength. The requirements of the infantry unit, the Ist Battalion, 16th Waikato Regiment, will be the next to be satisfied.
