BRIDGE AFTERNOON
FUNCTION AT NGARUAWAHIA An enjoyable and successful bridge afternoon was held in the Parish Hall, Ngaruawahia, on Tuesday afternoon, the proceeds being to augment the funds of the Anglican Church. The hall was attractively arranged with bowls of variegated broom and arum lilies. The hostesses were Mesdames F. Hall and B. Bunn. Those present were:—Mesdames F. Littleproud (Huntly) H. S. Caldwell (Huntly), Barclay (Huntly), J. Farrell (Taupiri), L. Wilson (Taupiri), G. B. Isdale, G. Marriott, R. Eyre, J. D. Jackson, C. Wilson, A. Small, W. Abbott, H. B. Fraser, E. Fuller, R. McFarlane, W. Cavanagh, S. S. Saulbrey, R. B. Gerring, E. J. Hunter, R. B. McLaren. Misses J. Littleproud (Huntly), E. Saulbrey.
