CAUSE OF ACCIDENT EXONERATION OF PILOT (United Pres* Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) MELBOURNE, Oct. 10 Mr Justice Lowe, who conducted inquiries into the air crash at Canberra on August 13, when the Federal Ministers were killed, found that the most probable cause of the accident was the stalling of the aeroplane and the consequent loss of control at a low height. There was no evidence of sabotage and the pilot was thoroughly competent.
