“MARCH OF TIME”

NAZI OBJECTION TO FILM LEGAL ACTION THREATENED INDICTMENT OF HITLERISM (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, Sept. 27 The German Embassy in Washington has threatened legal action against the producers of the “ March of Time ” unless parts of the film, “ Ramparts We Watch,” are deleted. However, when incorporated in “ Ramparts We Watch,” it becomes a stern indictment of Hitlerism. Members of the German Embassy were surprised and angered by the preview of the film, but Time insists on the retention of the portions to which the Germans object.
