BRITONS BEATEN UP
REPORT FROM RUMANIA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 28, 3.15 p.m.) BUCHAREST, Sept. 27 Two Britons, Charles Brasier, an engineer, and Reginald Young, chief chemist to the Romana-American Oil Company, were badly beaten up and forced to sign a declaration that they were preparing to commit sabotage. It is understood that they have have been brought to Bucharest for expulsion.
