DAMAGE IN EAST END HIGH .COMMISSIONERS’ VISIT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received September 27, 11 a.m.) 4 LONDON, Sept. 26 The High Commissioners, including Mr W. Jordan (New Zealand), toured the East End dock arer.s, which had been bombed. One Italian aeroplane was brought down and two were damaged in a ic + on iVialta. Another was so seriously damaged that it was unlikely to reach its base.
