£lO was recently raised for patriotic funds by three small girls, Diana Priscott and Marie and June Duthie, who conducted a shop outside the patriotic house in Victoria Street, recently, with very satisfactory results. Their example is one which could be followed by any group of persons interested in raising money for this necessary cause, and efforts on these lines would be much appreciated by ine Patriotic Committee.
