MEETINGS OF LEADERS VASTLY IMPORTANT TALKS (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 20 The visit to Rome by the German Foreign Minister, Ribbentrop, may lead to a meeting of Hitler and Mussolini, according to the Rome correspondent of the British United Press. The Italian spokesman emphasises that Ribbentrop’s talks were vastly important.
