THROWN FROM HORSE

WAITOA YOUTH INJURED A fractured leg was received by Robert Villiers Hobart, aged 16, son of Mr and Mrs H.' R. Hobart, of Waitoa, when he was thrown from a horse during the week-end. The mount slipped on the tar-sealed road and stumbled. The youth was admitted to the Waikato Hospital, where his condition is reported to be satisfactory. Accident in Hamilton As a result of a fall from a horse yesterday, Joyce Agnes Langley, aged 13, daughter of Mr and Mrs F. Langley, received a fractured wrist. She was admitted to the Waikato Hospital. Fall from Swing A child CoUeen Walker, aged 6J years, daughter of Mr and Mrs H. Walker, of Hamilton, received a fractured arm yesterday when she fell from a swing. She was admitted to the Waikato Hospital. An injury to the knee was received by Mrs Edith Kirkbride, of Whatawhata, when she slipped in her home yesterday. She was admitted to the Waikato Hospital.
