CONTRIBUTIONS FOR WAR PARTICULARS NEXT WEEK INCOME TAX LIKELY BASIS (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Saturday Particulars of the compulsory war loan, warning of which was given last June, will be announced next week, said the Minister of Finance, the Hon. Although tl/j Minister did not indicate this morning the nature of the loan, it believed it will follow on the lines of a similar levy introduced during the last war, in which contributions were based on income tax payments.
