KILLED IN RAID
BRITISH MAJOR-GENERAL (Received Sept. 26, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 20 Major-General C. J. B. Hay, who from 1934 to 1937 was head of the British military mission in Iraq, has been killed by the bombing of the hotel in the West End of London where he was staying. Major-General Hay was 63 years of ago, and had had a distinguished military career, chiefly in India and ill the Middle East.
