Batt r» and 4, Mrs S. Bennett beat Miss Bruce 5 and 4, Mrs 11. McDonald beat Mrs Rawlings i up. Semi-final: Mrs Mander beai Mrs Seyb 3 and 2, Mrs McDonald beat Mrs Bennett 5 and 4. Juniors.—'Miss Cann beat Mrs Berry at the 19th, Mrs Hardy beat Mrs Worley 5 and 4, Mrs Melvin beat Mrs Thomas 1 up. Mrs Tanner beat Mrs W. J. King 3 and 2. Semi-final: Mrs Hardy beat Miss Cann 5 and i, Mrs Melvin beat Mrs Tanner at the 20 th. Gillies Vase Scores in the Gillies Vase competition (third division) are:— Second Round.—Mrs Beattie beat Mr? Morrison l up. Mrs C. L. Mac Diarmid beat Mrs McCullagh 3 and 2, Mrs Ellis won r.-om Miss Wright by default, Mrs Sole beat Miss Fow 2 and 1. Semi-final. —Mrs Beattie beat Mrs MacDiarmid 1 up, Mrs Sole beat Mrs Ellis 0 and 5.
