IN SHORTS AND HATLESS LAUNCHING OF CAMPAIGN (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 17 The Times says a campaign has been launched in Italy to induce men to wear shorts and go hatless for the purpose of conserving textiles. The publicity department states that shorts are virile and hygienic.
