COMPULSORY LOAN
ANNOUNCEMENT SHORTLY DETAILS ALMOST COMPLETE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Tuesday An announcement setting out the Government's proposals concerning a compulsory war loan is expected shortly from the Minister of Finance, the Hon. W. Nash. The Minister said the procedure and details had been practically completed, and preparations for printing the prospectus were in hand.
