Copyright) (Received Sept. 12, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11 The Berlin radio stated that a de-layed-action bomb in the grounds of the United States Embassy cannot be removed and will destroy not only the Embassy but other important buildings if it explodes. The police have closed several i streets m Berlin because of the fear j of time bombs. The British United correspondent j on the German frontier learns that : Italian pilots are being transferred ( to Germany as a result of the shorti age of German pilots. ! September 16 is now mentioned as the vital date of the German programme.
