Black-out Practice
The Thames Emergency Precautions Committee (Coromandel) h—cierided to stage an air raid blackout on Monday. The firebell will ring at 6.45 p m., when large industrial works and a school will be assumed to have been hit by a bomb. Sub-committees will be at their posts to arrange ambulance, hospital, medical, transport and other facilities.
