Copyright) (Received Sent. 11, 3.15 p.m.) KWEILIN, Sept. 10 It is authoritatively stated that the Indo-China Government has ordered the immediate evacuation of all European women and children from the border towns, such as Kaobang and Langson. HANOI, Sept. 10 The Chinese are reported to have blown up an international bridge at Laokay, on the northern frontier between Indo-China and Yunnan.
