PLAN TO INCREASE STRENGTH (Official Wireless) (Received Sept. 11, 3.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 10 The Simla correspondent of the Uimes says the Government has begun recruiting and equipping the first i 100.000 under a scheme for increas- j ing the strength of the field army. Recruits are enrolling at the rate ■ of 15.000 monthly. J The present scheme will supplement the former one, under which 53,000 recruited.
