JAPANESE REPORT DENIED NO TALKS WITH GERMANY (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. copyright) MOSCOW, Sept. 8 The Russian Tass agency has been authorised to deny a Japanese newspaper statement that Stalin and the German Ambassador have discussed an agreement between Russia, Germany, Italy and Japan, as well as the cancellation of the Anti-Comintern Pact. “ This is pure invention,” the agency states. “ Stalin has not spoken to the German Ambassador for the last six months.”
