BULGARIA AND RUMANIA CESSION OF DOBRUJA (United Press Asn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 8 Demonstrations in Sofia followed the announcement of the agreement between Bulgaria and Rumania for cession of Rumanian territory in the Dobruja. Crowds shouted “Long Live Hitler” and “Long Live the Duce” outside the German and Italian Legations. The populations are to be compulsorily exchanged in North and South Dobruja within three months. Bulgaria will pay Rumania an indemnity for land improvements.
