Royal Jay was tailed oir in the middle stages but finished on to be on terms with Gas Acre at the end. LMarinoto (Brown), assisted over the first hair-mile by Sporting Ace (Howard) In 5G 1 -ss, carried on to the five furlong peg In 1.11. Marinoto is coming to hand well Glenbevan (Long) ran to the three furlong peg In 41 4-ss. it was his first serious work out since being brought in and he accomplished his task well. Allegretto (O. Mclnally) worked at strong three-quarter pace over a round. Gael (Howard) was not extended over a round in 2.18. Ngawiri (Ensor) dashed over three furlongs in 38 js. The best hair-mile or the morning was credited to Young Paddon (O. Mclnally) who traversed the distance in 54 l-ss. He is in great heart at present. Gappy (Brady) gave a careful exhibition over four hurdles, while Midland (Curran) and Tooley Street (Brady) shaped well over five flights.
