NEW ZEALAND INCLUDED JAPANESE AMBASSADOR (United Press Assn. —Eieu. Tel. Copyright) (Received Sept. 6, 3.15 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 5 Mr Hajime Matsumiya has been appointed special ambassador to make a tour of observation of British Malaya; Indo-China, Siam, India and Oceania.
The latter obviously is Australia and New Zealand and possibly New Caledonia.
