LEADER OF FREE FRANCE SUPPORT IN AMERICA (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlg-ht) (Received Sept. 5, 1.15 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 The former French Consul at Philadelphia, M. Pazery, has made a statement that General de Gaulle is fighting to a finish. Simultaneously the commercial counsellor to the Embassy, M. Garreau-Dombasle, ignored Marshal Petain’s order to return to France, and declared: “I am working to liberate France.”
