COLONEL BECK INCLUDED 500 GOING TO CYPRUS (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 3 The Bucharest correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that the former Polish Foreign Minister, Colonel Beck, is among 500 released Poles who are going to Cyprus. They are political refugees, who have been interned since their flight from Poland last September. The Germans furiously fought the release, which is a notable British diplomatic victory.
