CELEBRATION IN AMSTERDAM BRITISH FLAG FLOWN (Untied Press Aesn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrlgnt) (Received Sept. 5, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 4 Reports reaching London state that the Dutch, British and American flags appeared on some public buildings in Amsterdam to mark Queen Wilhelmina’s birthday. The Germans cleared the streets by sounding the sirens.
