PRICE FIXED IN SYDNEY GOOD INQUIRY REPORTED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, Sept. 3 The price of New Zealand potatoes, 9000 bags of which have just arrived* has been fixed at £l2 10s a ton. There is a good inquiry for Tasmanian and New Zealand stocks. Arrangements were made with the Australian Government to ship 5000 tons of potatoes from New Zealand, 1000 tons in July, August and September and 2000 tons in October. The j market last month ranged from £ll to £l2 a ton.
