Copyright) (Received Sept. 4. 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 3 - The Eirean ship Loch Ryan arrived in port with her decks and masts blasted off by bombs. The owner. Captain James Nolan, said: “Three German planes raked us from a low height with gunfire, and then dropped six bombs. “One exploded in the cargo. We thought the sides of the ship must be blown out. Another demolished the deck houses.”
