CONDITIONS IN BRITAIN UNEMPLOYED REGISTRATIONS (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Sept. 3 The Ministry of Labour announces a decrease of 27,814 in unemployed registrations between July 15 and August 12. Actually there was a reduction of nearly 50,000 in the number of adults registered, but boys and girls leaving school increased the total by nearly 22,000. The total registered on August 12 was 799,452, which is a reduction of 432,240, compared with the figure for August last year.
