TE MATA WEDDING

PHILLIPS—BREGMEN A wedding of considerable local interest was celebrated at All Saints Anglican Church, Te Mata, on August 21, when Norma, twin daughter of Mr N. S. Bregmen and the late Mrs Bregmen, Te Mata, was married to William J. Phillips, second son of Mr and Mrs J. H. Phillips, of Te Mata. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. B. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a charming gown of magnolia satin, cut on classical lines, with a v-shaped neck and long sleeves forming points ever the hands. Lace insets adorned the train, and the back of the frock was finished with tiny buttons. Her veil of hand-embroidered Brussels net, lent by Mrs L. Miss Marcia Garrett, of Hamilton, cousin of the bride was flowergirl, and was in blue net over satin. She carried a posy of cyclamen and blue irises.
