NO PART IN BALLOT
MEN ALREADY ACCEPTED CERTIFICATES BY MISTAKE (By Telegrapn.—Presa Association) WELLINGTON, Tuesday The National Service Department issued a statement today that men who have been attested for service outside New Zealand and who would otherwise be included in the First Division of the General Reserve will not be included in a ballot. If certificates of enrolment have been issued it is due to the department not having received notification from the military authorities that the men concerned had enlisted and been accepted. Men in this position should at once communicate with the department, forwarding the enrolment certificate at the same time.
