CLIPPER’S RETURN
OFFICIAL’S HONEYMOON TRIP (By Telegraph.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Tuesday The American Clipper left at 7.38 this morning for Noumea en rot-.» to San Francisco with 13 passengerj, including Mrs Harold Gatty, wife of the Pan American Airways New Zealand representative, and their three sons, who are going to Noumea; also Mr and Mrs Franklin M. Hull, who were married last month and are making a honeymoon flight back to San Francisco, whence Mr Hull has been transferred from the Pan American base. His wife is an Aucklander.
American passengers returning are Dr. Ernest Gruening, Governor of Alaska, Mr Charles R. Page, Mr Thomas Beck, Mr Graham B. Grosvenor, Mr Malcolm Muir, Mr Anson Carter and Mr John Stalman.
