DISCHARGE OF RIFLE
PIG-HUNTER KILLED

A married man, Mr Max McGregor, of Uruti, was killed while pig-hunting on Saturday morning. It is understood that his rifle jammed, and he laid it on a post while he mounted his horse. As he was doing so, the rifle discharged and he was killed instantly.
