FATE OF NORWEGIANS ACTION BY GERMAN COURT (United Pre-ss Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received August 30. 3.15 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, August 29 The German court at Bergen sentenced to death three Norwegians for wirelessing to England information regarding the German occupation forces. The charge stated that they erected a wireless in April and worked it for three months. The condemned men are appealing, but mitigation is unlikely, since the Germans are determined to make examples of them.
