REDUCTION IN RATION MADE UP BY MARGARINE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copy rig-lit) (Received August 29, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 28 The Ministry of Food announced that as from September 3 the amount of butter obtainable under the present combined butter and margarine ration of six ounces will not exceed four ounces. The only change from the present position is that consumers who have been taking all or most of their six ounces of butter and margarine ration in butter will be unable to obtain more than four ounces of butter.
