Copyright) (Received August 29, 3.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 28 A news agency alleges that the German Roman Catholic Bishops at a conference decided that special I ceremonies of gratitude to the German troops for their loyalty to Hitler will be arranged after the final German victory. The Bishops expressed their own thanks “ for the German soldiers’ victorious advance in defence of the homeland, without which the Catholic Church in Germany would be prevented from carrying out its care for souls.”
